These individuals are not associated in any way with this church. In fact some are known to refuse to obey the orthodox canons.

The group on netministries is listed as being in Georgia. Little is personally known of that group but I have seen some materials on various websites that basically state this group is not orthodox.

The second group is a mix of independent bishops who have started using this name. They are in a few states including 3 bishops in Florida, one in Houston, TX and one in North Carolina.

On another page you will read about Carl Bartholomew who falsely claims to be The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in North America. He incorporated in Fla Dec 2007 as The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in N. America and writes our full name The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in North America, as well as The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in N. America, his Fla corporate name and as The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in America. All such use is infringement so this man violates the law intentionally. We filed a US District Court lawsuit against him only to have him disappear from his Madison Fla. home and Chirporactic office which would appear to prove his guilt.
